Speaker 1:

Hello and hello and welcome, welcome. Welcome back one more time to God's diamonds in the rough Amen.

Speaker 2:

You know, I gotta say it, I am really ecstatic about today, absolutely, because you know that means that God gave us another chance to see another day, hallelujah. You know, he, he says in his word that the next day is not promised For him to give us another day. It's just, I'm just overwearing with joy, absolutely Because I could, we could have been dead somewhere, mm-hmm, of course you know he says absolutely. Within the body is the present with the Lord, but just to give us another day to get things right here before we go there.

Speaker 1:

Yes, amen. Yes, we are excited about today. Y'all, as if you can't tell already, we are excited because we have a guest with us on today. That God, just he just blessed us to send him to us. We weren't looking, he just sent us, sent him to us and, and so I hope that y'all ready and his name is now. I'm a marred. Don't let me mess it up. Mess up your name. If I do, I'm so sorry. I apologize, but I'm more vital. That correct. Am I saying it right? Vito, vito, vito. Okay, see, I knew I was gonna tear it up, but that's all right. He is a consultant and author, sports writer and teen advocate and a motivational speaker who's been doing this for quite a while, and he, he is just phenomenal speaker. I mean, it just blow my mind and I just only looked at a few of his videos and it was just absolutely powerful, was a powerful thing, and I just could only thank God. What are you saying to us? He has something for us, michael and I, and to this world and every diamond that is listening, and so, with that being said, would you say hello to everyone before we pray?

Speaker 3:

I just thank you all for having me on and look forward to sharing some, some, some diamonds with your, with your audience All right now, amen.

Speaker 1:

so without further ado, let's go ahead and pray.

Speaker 2:

Let us pray, dear Heavenly Father, our Lord and our Savior, jesus Christ, we just come to you right now saying thank you. Thank you for allowing us to see another day. Thank you for creating us. There's a diamonds that you had created us to be. We pray in the name of Jesus, counseling any assignment of the enemy that we sent back into the picture her, where it came from before he. The enemy, has no power over us. We pray in an energy that will speak those things to ourselves that know that the enemy has no power. We pray in the name of Jesus, asking you just to touch this from the crown of our heads to the bottom of our feet. We pray in an energy that you are forgiveness for anything we might have said, done or thought that's not pleasing your sight that you are grateful for giving us and catch back in the picture where it came from. We pray a special prayer for the ones that has no desire to know who you are. We pray in name of Jesus you will touch them anyway, wherever they are, from the crown of their heads to the bottom of the feet. We pray in name of Jesus that you will just have your way. Yes. Jesus Christ name we do pray, we say thank you, thank you say amen, amen amen amen amen amen.

Speaker 1:

so, mr, I'm getting ready to turn up again vital, vital. V tall, v, tall. I'm gonna get it before the days of what you're okay, so tell us who you are.

Speaker 3:

Just tell us who you are, first of all my well, I wonder if that is that determines on who you asked at what time in my life look, look from a, from a bi, from a biography standpoint. I like to keep things simple when when I'm trying to encapsulate all that I do, because you listed off a lot of things, what I have done over my life, but I like to just start off with the fact man, I'm just, I'm really just a. I'm a. I'm a. I'm a jock with a pen in his hand who learned how to write, who learned how to walk and then learn how to write. At the core, I'm just a writer. All of the things you listed the consulting work, the curriculum work, nonprofits, the ministry, sports, writing all of this stuff just came down to the fact that I had a pen in my hand by about the time I was 10 or 11 years old and and I've been writing ever since I feel like that's the weapon outside of the word, that's God, the greatest weapon God ever gave me, and that's where everything starts from. So any of the speeches you see, any of the things you see online, comes from the fact that I'm in the lab connecting with my father and writing what I feel like, what he's sending me to share with the world. And so, at the core, I'm a young man from a small town in Texas loves the right and I want to share, you know, the goodness and the gift that God has given me absolutely.

Speaker 1:

Hey, man, hallelujah, and you know that's our heart as well. We're from a small town as well. You know not. You know, I don't even know if you ever heard of amherst Virginia. We are here and just trying to do what God has called us to do. At the end of the day, that's what we're here to do do what God has called us to do. Ordinary people to do extra, extra ordinary things.

Speaker 2:

A man- honey you have a word, anything, you know I was definitely say to you definitely keep on doing what you're doing, getting the word out, because it is so many lost people that you know they don't even know who Jesus is and you'd be surprised of how many people is actually out there that has the desire to know who he is but don't know how to get to him.

Speaker 1:

So, with that being said, mental strength, because we are right now. We are in the midst of our season, we're talking about revival and it's the whole theme of the whole season revival. So can you speak to mental strength in the realm of revival?

Speaker 3:

you know when, when you talk about, we talk about the mind and we Obviously, many times in the word is saying let this mind be in you. It was also in Christ Jesus and you think of you know, whenever it comes down to mindset and getting yourself mentally prepared, obviously the mind and the heart have a connection. When it comes to the word, obviously the heart is what brings the fuel, but the mind is the one that directs. And you know, obviously be not conformed to the patterns as before, be transformed by the renewal of your mind, meaning that we have to focus our mind on the higher things. You know it always says God ways are better, god's ways are higher, choose the higher path because that is the higher way. And when we talk about, you know, the renewal process, we're going into things knowing that we have to not look at things of the earth as anything permanent. This is a temporary stop for us, no matter how long we live on this earth, and we know that there's nothing of this earth that is supposed to be. We're not supposed to connect with it in a way to where it comes above the words of our Father, which is what we're here to do today to share that and to be able to extend that love out to others by first renewing our mind, by clearing it of everything that will block us from being close to Jesus in that way. And so if we have too much stuff, a negative thoughts, fear, doubt, which we all know, that's the enemy under attacking us in that way, we're supposed to clear the way so that, so that the love of God can flow through us and the light can shine through us unto others, drawing them down to the kingdom, and that will be the best way, I would say, from the standpoint of strengthening the mind. Obviously, I've worked with a lot of athletes all the time, and we do a lot of mental work, and I can honestly admit, early on in my career, whereas I was a Christian, I was a Christ Father, I was a believer. I wasn't bringing any of that into most of my business because I was literally taught not to.

Speaker 1:

Of course now of course.

Speaker 3:

Now it's like, hey, you book them all to be taught, this is what you're getting. Now I'm not gonna sit down and just start quoting all of James, but when you walk in, once we establish a certain understanding between one another, we will get to the point where, when it opens up to that and we need to get that strength that only God can provide, I'm going to put that on the table. And so, as we're in season of revival, like right now, we're in a cornerstone project down in my church right now and in an expansion project. So, definitely know, the revival, the growth in times, all those things are all going on right now. So it's the most beautiful time to be alive. I can tell you that.

Speaker 1:

Mm-hmm, and my thought in that regard the mental strength. Mental strength is something that, as a believer, we have to have. We need that because, if not the warring against the flesh and the spirit, the devil ain't no game. You know what I mean. He's no comparison to God, but he is something that we really have to fight on a daily basis. On a daily basis. What do you think? What do you think?

Speaker 2:

You know, with what he just said and with what you just said, you know, even with the Romans 12, one and two by the says, with the renewing of your mind, and see, we understand that sometimes the devil can even creep in our church. And I say that because you know, and not trying to put nobody on blast or nothing like that or condemning anybody about it, but you know the whole thing of the separation of church and state what they tell you, what you can preach about and what you can't preach about. Wouldn't that be considered the enemy creeping in, because the Holy Spirit told you to preach about this but they tell you can't?

Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm, it's funny you mentioned that right now because you know yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and say it Most of church has been compromised at this point, and if you need any examples, just go look at anything from, let's just say, April of 2020 through December of 2020 and tell me if churches haven't been compromised. Okay, Mm-hmm, you know, you can go get your vaping, you can go get your drugs, you can go get your liquor, you can go get a whole slew of other things, late night entertainment but you can't go to church and you can't go to the gym. So you can let me know where that's gonna stand in the situation? And then there's just a lot of pastors bought into some of the new ideologies of separating people. And, as you started talking about the separation of church and state, if you really dig in deep to that, it's really the other way around. Everybody's always like. You know, you're not supposed to be talking about politics in the church or you're not supposed to be, you know, bringing all of that into the church. Have you read any of our original documents? Those original documents? First of all, most of them were Christ, most of them were Christ believers. That's number one. And most of our major documents were signed in churches. Where do you think people met back in the day? We didn't have all these other, all this extra stuff we have now. We didn't have these auditoriums and things of that nature. We met at the church in these small towns and, like you said, in Virginia, in Texas, in Delaware and all these different places. So the separation between church and state is the state needs to stay the heck out of the church, not the other way around. That's right, that's not. We are ground zero and we always have been for everything that needs to be changed in society. So when they say, oh, you're not supposed to talk about that. If you read through some of those documents, you go through some of there near the Massachusetts area. Go look at those monuments of when those men were signing different things on there. They all, they all are relating back to some type of scripture or some level of recognizing God in those documents and in on those headstones and on those different statues that are placed throughout the areas where certain things were signed. So there can be no separation of churches because the state don't exist without the church.

Speaker 1:

That's right, absolutely. Come on, sir, you ready to pre-chain it? I know that's right, amen. And you know that just brings us right on into you. Gotta know who you are. Your identity is so important in this world that we live in, knowing who you are is gonna be a vital thing, and going forth in who you are you know what I mean, because there is so much separation, there is so much politics and ministry, there's so much of the world inside of a place that have no room to be in it's. You know your identity is something you have got to secure. You have to make sure your identity is brought up and locked in Jesus, absolutely. And you know your book Awaken the Bala Within. Can I say that that's connected with the love that you have within and Christ, and, and you know what is that about what is this book about?

Speaker 3:

So that that book was was my first book, and I believe that book came out in 2011. If I'm not mistaken, it was my first one and I was. I was going through a real rough, depressive time at that time, even though I should have been on top of the world. You know, I was 29 years old, I just bought a home, I had a very, very near new vehicle and, you know, in living the American dream where, you know, I had my side job who was paying almost as much as my major, I was like money was flowing in. I was blessed. I was blessed. Yet I'm sitting up here depressed because I put my trust and value in things that are not the higher things. I was going to church. I had my Bible around but, just like many people who go through this path, you have the Bible near you, but how much are the pages getting cracked? How much dust is on the top of it? You know, I went through a nice little. I went through a nice little spell of that and and I accept the fact that, yeah, I was a bit of a wayward, I've been a prodigal multiple times in that regard, but a wake in the baller within sort of brought me back full circle, because after the crash, you know, I had the conversation with God. I was like you know, hey, I'm not really doing this thing called life at the best level, and I feel like I'm a mess right now. So how about we try out your way and we'll see how that works? So, of course, I started getting into personal and spiritual development. On one end I'm reading the word, but at the same time I'm reading books like Inspired Destiny, who Moved my Cheese, richest man in Babylon these great personal development books. I was a part of a mentor at that time, and so, while I'm in the middle of working for Rival Scow and Fox Sports Southwest, I was trying to find a way to merge my love for sports with my newfound personal and spiritual development. And so Awakening the Ball with Anne was born out of that. Because I studied the mindset of high-end college football players over a pretty long span of time, interviewing close to 100 guys to see what is the mindset behind your success. I see you're being strong, fast, you can make plays, but what's the mindset? Because I've known a lot of guys who have all the talent in the world and they're doing nothing with it because their mindset isn't there when you see, hey, this guy had a meltdown. That means that the mental side of the game got to him and now he's considered almost a liability on the field. He's a liability to himself and to his teammates because he couldn't keep his mental under control. He couldn't keep that pragmatic, historic mindset to be able to push through and deal with the adversity. And obviously that's something that's not really taught much these days, because so many people are just taught go, do what you want. There's beauty in just loving whatever and doing whatever and you can just make up life as you go along. And if you really look at it and pull the layers back, that's why they attack Christians so much, because we have guidelines. I don't know. He says he's called commandments. We have this book called the Bible that says, hey, you should not do this, and if you do do this, repent. But see, the other ones are just like. You can just make it up along, you go Like when you hear people say I'm spiritual and not religious, those folks, they typically are just wanting to be able to have no accountability. And so Awaken. The Bottle Within was talking about the accountability that these young men have on the field. So, whereas you did make the correlation, awaken the Bottle Within Connecting to Christ, I don't know that I was quite there yet, but maybe God had taken me there when I didn't even know I was there. But Awaken, the Bottle Within was basically awakening that you, who's inside, who God has already created, and stepping into that new light. No different from the caterpillar to the butterfly, the butterfly was always in the caterpillar, but the caterpillar, sitting up there, living the lowly life on the ground, crawling around with all the little legs, and then he goes into the cocoon. The caterpillar must die Right. The caterpillar is no longer the caterpillar must have a death right, death to resurrection. We know that, we're very clear on that. And so there has to be a death of that which you are, and it happens all the time. What do you think? The seasons is no different than the seasons. The ground goes brown and all that stuff. And next thing, you know, man, where are all those flowers in that, bush, coming from? We didn't do anything. It's the nature. It's the death of what was to be able to come into something else. And so, awaken, the Bottle Within did touch on that. Of course, my mind is a little different from when I wrote that, but now I can know that God was using me in that way, to where now I can look at that and say, wow, like you put me in the position to be able to create this and share that with football players. And now, of course, you know, working with young people, young adults and teenagers right now but Awaken, the Bottle Within did get something started because people were looking at that book and saying, you know, this book really isn't about football that much, of course it's not. It's using football as a metaphor for life, you know, and so that was, that was kind of the point to be able to bring spiritual development into the world of football players, who maybe don't like to read, like I was. And so you bring all of those things together and you Awaken. And you Awaken to the idea that you were created awesome because you're God's child, right, you know, you weren't made with jump, you're made from the most high King and you and you should operate in that way when you move around, because to not be great and exceptional and I'm and I'm very staunch on it to be to not be great and exceptional is disrespectful to God, because God didn't create you. God didn't create you with jump. God created you from the best. Now, to be fair, he did not give us all equal talents. He did not give us all equal abilities. You know, we're not all six foot nine and can do major, crazy things on, you know, in the sports arena. But he did give you something. Because he gave, he left you with the Holy Spirit, which means that the Holy Spirit goes before you to be able to clear the path. For you to do that, when your mind is focused on the higher things, so when you choose to crawl around like the caterpillar instead of flying the way God has called you to be, then now we have a situation and so awakening the baller within was, was, was kind of the starting point. Then maybe I didn't even know until I grew into what we currently are now Right.

Speaker 1:

Sounds like the process to me. Amen, because I got, I got. He's a God of process and you know as much as we like for things to just automatically switch on and off, that ain't the way he works. He works through the process and you got to be willing to go through whatever your process is. You know what I mean.

Speaker 2:

Exactly Because you know I was. I was just sitting back here thinking when you were just saying about the arm. They want to be spiritual but not religious. But you know the problem with that is when you become spiritual it's going to have some kind of reflect, because you ever heard of spiritual indigestion. If you just if you just there getting trying to get the word and not going to put no action behind it, you will wind up hurting yourself and just trying to keep it. Pg is gonna come right back up. It's not gonna be held down. And the process that we have to go through and and I mentioned this on a Couple Sundays back when I was on bringing a word you know we got to understand that the process Is the manifestation without the infestation, and I say that because you know it's just a metaphor of it. You know just maintaining your yard and you know if you don't allow God to maintain your yard, which is your life, you're gonna wind up having things infested with things that you cannot use, infested with things you can't have, infested with things that you don't want, infested with things that you can't enjoy, and you know that can even relate to people. That's in your life that you can be infested with people that you don't really need in your life because we sit there and hold on to the ones that God puts it put there for a temporary season. You know it baffles me about that because you know I found myself in in the past. You know, holding on to friends who I thought there was my friends there was really wasn't my friend, there was a learning experience.

Speaker 1:

What's your thought to that sir?

Speaker 3:

Well, I mean, I must agree because I am. I am absolutely in favor of what I like to call the purge party, which I teach some of my, some of my youngsters down here is to take personal inventory of your life, maybe by quarter, I mean, and if it's rough enough that you need to do it monthly. You know, whatever it takes, you know, to get the junk out of you, stuff off of your phone. You know, going through those contacts on your phone, which one of those kind, how many of those contacts in your phone no longer serve you and just and are just not needed in your life. You know, when it comes to the people, you know maybe it's time to you know, pray for them, but they can't be in your life at the level they are now. There's a season, they were there for a season and now they have, they have done something to where, like, that season is over and so, whereas you are always available to them as someone who will pray for them, who will will be there for them, from from a Christian standpoint, they don't get Major airtime in your life anymore. They don't. They don't get that, that, that direct Contact with you, because now we're moving in a different direction. My father's calling me on to something else. You know, as I can't remember. I can't remember the, the scenario, but when, when my man was on the wall and was like I can't come down off the wall, I'm working up here, so I don't have time to deal with what you all are talking about, I'm up here, I'm up here working, and we and we don't. We don't have time to deal with those types of things. And so, yes, there's certain things, ideas, people, places, products, companies that no longer have a place in your life. They did at one time and they served a great purpose, and and now it's time to move on. And and, yes, you're right, the spiritual and not religious does give you so much leeway. The word doesn't give us leeway. It's very clear on what you should and should, not in can and cannot do, right, but when you're spiritually, you can be like well, you know, it feels right. You ever heard that it feels right and and and and. It's interesting, my youth pastor says something about a month ago that was so profound. He said your feelings will always lie to you Because, because, because it just it's not a, it's not a hard-stern. This is our values and our principal. It's like. It's like, what's different between your position and your, your, what's the different between your opinion and your values? That's two totally different things, because your values, your values, are not negotiable. That's right, right, they're not negotiable, they're not, they're not. Well, you know, hey, you know, I read out of this book called the Bible. Well, you know, sometimes maybe I don't read out of the Bible because, you know, I, you know I'm on something else. No, no, no, if you're a Christ follower, the Bible is your guide, that is your sword, that's your greatest weapon, and that's not negotiable because somebody comes up and says, well, this book may be better, so maybe you should, you know, pause on this book and it's just like no, no, and we all have our non negotiables. But when you do the Spiritual thing, there's there's a lot of, there's a lot of my truth in that, there's a lot of my way in that, which we know. That once you start focused on you as a solo Individual, you've now supplanted the most important part, which you don't exist without what Jesus did for us. That's right, you know. You don't exist, right, there is no life he gave you. So you can have some, so you might want to start showing some references, some respect here For the fact that we're able to live, move and have our band, because he died for all of the nonsense we're doing while we're here on earth.

Speaker 2:

And you know, even even with that, when you something you just said was profound and and the spirit just got the negative might on my heart just now. You know you talking about, you know I'm reading this book called the Bible and it might be something else out there. Okay, think about like this Okay, if you have your armor, a God on which is in the fees, and six yes, sir, I got the breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, feet side with preparation of peace. I'm Lawrence Gert, it helmet of salvation, but and but you don't have the sword. And you got another sword. What happened? What's gonna happen when you go on to battle and you gonna need that sword to fend off? Okay, the seal might be there, the helmet might be there, but you don't need that to right. Then you need the sword and you go there, strike on something and your sword breaks into pieces.

Speaker 3:

So what you're basically saying is the oh, our only. It are only four of all you, everything in Ephesians 6, the sword is the only thing that's offensive. Yeah, the sword is the only thing that's off. The word is the only thing that's on offense. Everything else is defense. Yeah, what you're saying is it's something else, might be a butter knife or a pencil or just, or just a small switch blade, not enough to be able to go into battle against an enemy who we know has, who is powerful from the standpoint of his of attacks, because because he, he is crafting, he's very crappy and and and there's some strength there. Now, of course, once we proclaim the name of Jesus is once we turn the light on. Darkness has to flee, because the light is Undefeated against darkness. We do know that. But, as you know, as the word says, you know some sometimes and we just talked about that, we just talked about this yesterday take the lampshade off. Yeah, yeah, take the lampshade off. It's, it's too much of this. And and I'm sort of Talking to myself too, because I, I show them for years, it wasn't that I didn't represent it, but I didn't proclaim it. Mm-hmm, right, I was, I was just like I'm. I'm doing it, but I'm not putting it out there in a very Direct way. I keep you know. The business is over here, my ministry is over here, my church time is over here, and it's just like wait a minute, why are you three different people? Right, when your God's, when you're one of God's soldiers, so why aren't you fighting the battle when you're in school? Why aren't you fighting the battle when you're at the grocery store? Mm-hmm. Why aren't you fighting the battle when you're at the coffee house? Right, and what? And what you just would just say, michael, is because you're showing up. You're showing up with everything but the sword, mm-hmm. But the sword, yeah, everything else. You're protected because God is protecting you, but when it's time to go and attack, you got nothing. When the enemy shows up, you just like alright, I guess I just deal with this later. Let me go home and go. You know, read my Bible instead of and instead of attacking the darkness right there on the spot. That's right, amen.

Speaker 2:

Whoo, all right y'all. And you know I was just in the little looking when you said you know taking the lamp shade off. I was just looking. Okay, we got lamp in our in our studio and and I was just looking, okay, that light is bright, you, it lights up the room. But what if I take the lamp shade off? It'll make the room that much brighter. So we gotta understand that lamp shade in our life. It might be just Compromising with things the light the lamp shade is. The lamp shade is gonna compromise the light that's putting off. So what if we get away with the compromising and let God have complete control over the situation?

Speaker 3:

Wow, what you, what you just said is exactly what's going on with the church right now Compromising, compromising on the conversations that they don't want to have in the church Because they don't want to offend anyone. We don't want to lose this membership, mmm right. We don't want, we don't want to attack any of the immoralities that are going on. Right, we don't want, we don't want, we don't want to look at, you know, trying to convince our young people. There's something they're not. Right, we don't we, we, we, you know, we don't want to hurt feelings. Right, and it's just like, clearly, you all have never turned to the Old Testament. Right, because, because there, because there's no filter, that's right in the Old Testament. In the Old Testament, and I mean, even when, you know, when Jesus went through the church and was, you know, one of the one of the few times they showed him really flexing from a from a. I'm not pleased with what I see standpoint, you know, the, the, the brood, the, the pipe or the, the tone at which he spoke was so raw, right, and, and we're and see, they always try to make it seem like, and you even the commercials, like you know, like Jesus, was this, this like soft-kinded, care bearer type, and it's just like, read Closer, okay, yes, he was a loving, caring dude, but you wasn't gonna cross him with no nonsense either. He was gonna, he was gonna smooth, call you, he was gonna tell you what needed to be done. He checked, he checked all the disciples because they they figured it out after he left. Most of them yeah and and so and so I like the word you use, cuz compromise is something that has been. It has really plagued the church. You know, maybe it's okay to have a couple of people who don't think like us and in here Maybe it's okay to where we just let you know sin run very rampant, it openly rampant and in the church and and it's okay because you know, you know, as long as you're working towards you know being better, you know, but but there's never, there's never, there's never a fool, you know, looking to be restored Because there is a compromise, because that bucket going around is going to get a little lighter if you say the truth.

Speaker 1:

So what is, as we getting ready to come to a close, because this is a very good conversation, maybe we can do it again, but what is your final word? To our diamonds, to us, to our podcast, what is your word? Because we know God sent you here to us on purpose.

Speaker 3:

I like to keep things simple on the way out because I want people to really get it in grass where we're going with this, and I'll use a quote from my father. He said live the best life. You can then give it all away. I've heard they quote. I've heard they quote, and that for me is community, that for me is service, that for me is looking to give before looking to get. You don't get more until you give more, and most people have that in reverse. Most people say, when I get more, I'll get more. You can't be blessed more if you're not grateful for what you already have. Even the young lady who put in more than all of the wealthy aristocrats around, she gave what she had to the father. And so we gotta get back to the point where we are servants. We are servants willing to do what is good for others before ourselves. I have a servant mindset and so that's what I would leave them with. Get you some community in your life. I've been hearing from people talking about the online church saying and that's fine, but you need to get your behind in a seat somewhere, in a pew, somewhere, so people can put some hands on you, so people can be around you, so that when you come in and you're broken puzzle piece together, they can start helping. Put you back together by going in and agreeing with God to get you back to what he called you to be. So that's what I would leave your people with, amen.

Speaker 1:

All right, Michael, you had a final word.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I would just say my. My encouraging word is and just to go where he just said stop compromising for the feel good message and seek the truth message. Many times we go out and we go into an assembly and all we wanna hear is something's gonna make us feel good. But we gotta stay. We gotta stop looking for those messages because we need the truth. His word said the truth. I'll make you free. You know, if we continue to look for the one that's gonna just make us feel good in the moment, is that really gonna do us any good? You know, it might help us for the moment, but it's not gonna last, because the moment we get out of the church and we going out to that feel good message an hour or 20 minutes after we leave out the building, we're gonna feel like we just went in Hurt, broken, tore off, amen.

Speaker 1:

Father, we thank you so much for your word. We thank you so much for everyone that is here. We thank you, God, that you would just continue to use us all to your glory. You pray for every diamond, every single individual that you draw here to this place. We pray in the name of Jesus, father that you would just continue to lead God and order our steps by your word Father. Draw us to your word Father. Show us what we need to see. Let us hear what we need to hear. Father, I pray in the name of Jesus that you would do a work that only you can do. In the name of Jesus, continue to touch those who we speak to, who we minister to, who we motivate, who we encourage God, do a work that only you can do. Yes. Father that we would serve because we want to, not because we have to, but we would give because we want to, not because we have to. That we would love, not because we have to, but because we want to. Father, have your way. We say thank you. We bless your name. Father, we pray this prayer in the mighty, in Mattress name of Jesus Christ. We do pray Amen, amen and amen. We thank you so much, sir, for coming on here and spending some time with us, and preferably we can do it again, because I just don't feel like that conversation was over.

Speaker 3:

Well, I appreciate you all and you all are catching me at an interesting time in my life where I've really taken a step back. And they always say Jesus, take the wheel. Yeah, right, well, I didn't give Jesus the wheel. I gave him the wheel, the keys and the gas for this year and I'll be honest with you, it's beautiful and scary at the same time. Yep, absolutely, because I like the plan, I like to know and I'm in a real trusting phase right now. I'm 48 hours from being on a bus to go do a church planning mission trip in Missouri and so we're kind of all in this. We just had our commissioning last night, so I'm coming off of that, I'm coming off of speaking gig out in Austin, texas, with my team, and so I'm just like it's kind of like the potter's clay, like I'm just I'm just, I'm just mush right now, and so you kind of, when I look down, I was like I got to put that tomorrow. I'm like, all right, god, you got to take it here, because my own understanding is, is not, is irrelevant right now, because my only strength is from, is from, it's from your will, absolutely Like I, me, is me, is not even present right now, because every time me shows up me is like rolling around in the dirt somewhere. So, so, so, thank you all for for your words and, and, brother Michael, I'm, I, I, I, I need to sit with your words of the lampshade is compromising. Yeah, that is that. That is powerful. I don't know what I'm going to do with that, but I'm going to do something with that within the next 48 hours.

Speaker 1:

I don't know what I'm going to do with it.

Speaker 3:

Cause that, that, that, that, that, that word because I'm just I'm, because I'm disgusted with what's going on on so many different levels right now, and I know when I talk to be angry, but what society is doing to our children absolutely pisses me off, and that's why, and that's why, and that's why I'm awake and I've I've picked my sword up on a whole nother level In fact. I picked up that, a shotgun and Uzi and everything else, because I'm tired of you touching my children.

Speaker 1:

You know what I'm saying you want to come after somebody.

Speaker 3:

Come after me, you go after my, you go after the kids. Okay, Now, okay, if you wanted to fight, good, now I'm going to be on offense, yeah. I'm not, I'm not. There's no more retreat. You, you, if you wanted to, if you wanted to wake up a bear, you have. That's right. I was always kind of a live and let live, do your thing, I do mine. But now you showed up in my house.

Speaker 1:

Oh right.

Speaker 3:

And made a mess in my living room, and you and you come after my kids. Who do you think you are Messing with my, messing with my young people? That's right, so so, yes, I'm, I'm, I'm game for a part two, Cause obviously we can, we can lean in on the work I'm, I'm doing, I'm doing with my young people. My young people were texting me while we were on this call right now, telling me what snacks they want for the trip, and I'm just like, you know, mr Vechal got you. You know why? Because I want them to be 10 times better than I can ever become this is the revival.

Speaker 1:

This is the revival season. It really is. God is reviving some things that's been dead way too long. They come on somebody, all right, y'all. So.

Speaker 2:

Michael, what's your?

Speaker 1:

word.

Speaker 2:

I gave my word you didn't give the word. Oh, my word, Alrighty. Y'all know what time it is and remember until next time. You are a diamond in the rough.

Speaker 1:

Hey man, be in cares and y'all have a great week.
